YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

The Applewood HOA is what makes this community development great, but the board and support staff are the people who keep it going by overseeing the day-to-day operations.  This keeps costs down resulting in low annual dues.

The HOA needs its homeowners to step up their involvement.  Board positions consist of President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, ACC Chairperson and one Director.  Three of the five board positions will be open for nominations during the annual meeting in February 2013.  For most positions, no special background is needed, just a passion for the HOA and a desire to help homeowners and your community development.

If you or anyone you know is interested, please contact me by replying to this email.  Job descriptions are available upon request and nominations for the 2013 Board will be presented at the annual homeowners meeting.  At that time, nominations will also be taken from the floor.
