Board Members
"Teamwork - Integrity - Excellence"
Serving with Dedication
Applewood Estates board members are committed to upholding the community's well-being as outlined in the association's bylaws. Their primary focus is ensuring adherence to the established rules and covenants. These regulations are in place to safeguard property values and maintain a high quality of life for all homeowners.
Transparency and Communication
The annual general meeting for all members is held in February. During this meeting, new directors are elected to replace those whose terms are expiring. Meeting notices, along with the previous year's minutes and the yearly audited financial statements, are mailed to residents beforehand. The five-member board convenes monthly and addresses any additional needs through special meetings.
Open Communication and Resident Engagement
Board members are approachable and welcome suggestions on how to continuously improve Applewood Estates. Feel free to contact the board at any time. While responses may not be immediate, they will get back to you as soon as possible.
For Urgent Matters
If you have any concerns or witness suspicious activity within Applewood Estates, please contact the Richland Police Department directly at (509) 628-0333.
