The Applewood Estates Board of Directors is committed to serving our community and protecting the interests of all homeowners. The Board works to uphold the Association’s bylaws, CC&Rs, and established guidelines while striving to be fair, consistent, and understanding when addressing homeowner concerns. These rules and standards are in place to help protect property values, preserve the character of our neighborhood, and maintain a high quality of life for everyone who calls Applewood Estates home.
Transparency and Communication
Our Annual General Meeting is held each year in January and is open to all homeowners. During this meeting, homeowners elect directors to fill positions whose terms are expiring. Meeting notices, along with the previous year’s meeting minutes and annual financial statements, are provided to homeowners in advance of the meeting. The Board meets throughout the year and may also hold special meetings when needed to address community matters that require additional attention.

Open Communication and Homeowner Engagement
The Board welcomes questions, suggestions, and ideas from our homeowners. We believe good communication and community involvement are important to maintaining a strong and welcoming neighborhood. Board members are available to listen and help whenever possible. While we may not always be able to respond immediately, we will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible.
