Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines and Process
Preserving Community Standards, Enhancing Property Values
The primary purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to support the HOA Board in maintaining the community’s high standards, starting from initial home design and construction to any home additions or maintenance. Through consistent property inspections and a uniform review process, the ARC aims to promote design excellence, preserve aesthetic consistency, protect property values, and encourage homeowner pride and satisfaction.
ARC Guidelines
Any property owner planning to construct accessory structures, modify, or add to the exterior of their home or property must submit their plans to the ARC for review. This includes any deviations from the originally approved designs and landscaping. Property owners are required to provide supporting materials such as sample photos, color charts, or actual material samples for any proposed additions or changes.
All work must comply with the City of Richland building codes, and necessary permits must be obtained as required.
During construction, homeowners are responsible for keeping the front yard clean and safe. Portable toilets and storage containers should only be used if approved by the ARC and must be removed within 10 days of the project's completion date.
