About Us

Applewood Estates was established in 2002 and is an open community comprised of 203 homes in South Richland, Washington.  We have 300 sun-filled days for action on the Columbia, Snake, and Yakima Rivers.

Our location is just minutes from pleasant grocery stores, restaurants, and other specialty shops.
Applewood Estates is close to Badger and Gala city parks, the Keene Rd walking path, and the famous Badger Mountain Trail.  We have a community elementary school, places of worship, and health facilities nearby.  We also have more than 160 wineries within a 65-mile radius, producing some of the finest wines in the world.

Most importantly, Applewood Estates’ greatest asset is its residents, who make the community a wonderful place to live. We are self-managed and operate our own HOA.  The management team is governed by a five-member volunteer board of directors comprised of residents and elected by the homeowners.
