The south block wall is complete!  There was a slight delay by the City of Richland’s permitting process but the contractor has done a great job of keeping the completion date on track.  The contractor will now start repairing the wood fences and properties that were disrupted by the construction.  The rock landscape will be next and then the placement of the 3 entrance signs that were donated by your HOA board members.  Here is a sneak peek at one of the entry signs.
