Applewood South Block Wall Begins!
Since the approval of the block wall by the homeowners on August 15th, there has been a great deal of work done to include: ACC Approval, geotechnical evaluation
and specifications for construction, site plan and construction engineering, bid process, contractor award, completion of title report, sound study, approval of 8 foot height variance, and finally several meetings with the contractor, donors, private work and effected homeowners to coordinate the project. Construction has begun and our completion target date is the end of November.

The HOA is very happy to report that several homeowners who live along Golden Dr will be adding to the project with extra return walls between neighbors and at each intersection of Westcliffe Blvd which will enhance Applewood’s curb appeal and home values. There has also been a great response to donations to help some neighbors with a hardship of the special assessment and monetary donations to the project which will give each entrance an Applewood Estates sign!
