**NOTICE** - Hearing Cancelled

The public hearing scheduled for the Richland Planning Commission to consider the application of Wolff Enterprises II for a major modification to an existing Planned Unit Development to permit the construction of the 176 unit apartment proposal has been postponed at the request of Wolff Enterprises II. The hearing has been rescheduled for on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 505 Swift Boulevard. All interested parties are invited to attend and present testimony at the public hearing.  Written comments are also accepted prior to the hearing and should be submitted to Rick Simon, Development Services Manager, City of Richland, P.O. Box 190, Richland, WA  99352 or via fax at (509) 942-7764.
 
The project consists of the construction of a 176 unit apartment complex on 14.94 acres consisting of 8 separate two and three story apartment buildings, a club house, an outdoor pool, 6 carport structures and open parking, all designated as Phase III; together with 15.56 acres of vacant land designated as Phase IV, for which no development is proposed. The applicant is Wolff Enterprises II. The project is proposed on property that is south of and adjacent to Westcliffe Boulevard, east of and adjacent to Gala Way and west of and adjacent to Brantingham Road.
