Applewood Estates HOA was informed that the WA State Court of Appeals dismissed the motion for reconsideration by the courts.  Consequently, the only option remaining for area homeowners is to file an appeal with the WA Supreme Court, but this must be filed by March 28th.  Board members for Applewood Estates and Brantingham Greens HOAs met with the City and the Wolff Company.  This meeting was at the request of Deputy City Manager Bill King for the parties to seek clarification and to discuss opportunities for collaboration.  At this meeting, the HOAs were informed the city was going to move forward with the land use proposal as a “major” amendment and that a Planning Commission hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, March 14th @ 7pm in the City Council Chambers.
