It is with disappointment and regret to inform all homeowners of Richland that the Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's land use decision regarding the Badger Mountain PUD.  Applewood Estates homeowners are obviously disappointed with the Court of Appeals ruling but respect it.  We strongly disagree with the court’s analysis which essentially allows the city to make erroneous land use decisions behind closed doors, without any recourse for homeowners.  We are reviewing it with our attorneys to decide whether or not we will appeal to the Supreme Court.  You may review the court’s opinion by clicking:  HERE
