Inland Asphalt is finishing its final work on the Keene Road overlay project. This week, crews will adjust the last of the utilities to grade, clear the slopes, place rock in front of the businesses near Queensgate Drive, complete sidewalks and street light bases, and install and energize lights in front of the businesses. As soon as materials become available, the contractor will complete the Westcliffe traffic signal, installation of street light poles and pathway trees, and hydro-seeding of disturbed slopes with native grasses.
