For many homeowners associations, it is a struggle to get everyone to pay their fair share of yearly dues. Not in Applewood Estates! Again, all homeowners have paid their HOA dues in full for the 2009 year.

 

Your board finds that it is important everyone pays their fare share of the cost of running the HOA and saving a small nest egg. We are also very proud that Applewood Estates HOA dues have never gone up. Dues remain at a very low $75.00 per year.

 

Each owner of property within Applewood Estates automatically becomes a member in the Association at the time an ownership interest is acquired. By accepting ownership, homeowners agree to the Articles of Incorporation and adopted Bylaws.
