The community sale for the public is next Saturday and we wanted to remind you all that we are going to try a "presale" for just Applewood homeowners and their extended families. The presale will run on Friday evening (the 20th) between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Here is how it works:

 

If you are going to have a sale and want to participate in the pre-sale, please reply to this e-mail or call 430-1872 and give your address so we can make a small sign for your yard advertising your presale. Open up your sale for Applewood homeowners only on Friday evening at 5:00 pm. This will give people time to shop a little after they get home from work and before the big sale on Saturday.

 

If you are not having a sale, please walk around Applewood and look for the presale signs and stop by to shop. We will be having a presale at our home (1369 Scarlet Pl) so feel free to bring a beverage or wine glass and shop! :)

1. PLEASE DO NOT START SELLING EARLY!

2. Each homeowner is responsible for their own set-up and clean-up.

3. Each homeowner will keep all proceeds from individual sales.

4. Anyone is encouraged to sell lemonade, juice, coffee, water etc.

5. Check with your neighbors and put out signs for your street or cul-de-sac.

6. Closing time of sale is left open at homeowners discretion.
