Wolff Requests Major Modification - Update

The Wolff Company has submitted a request for a major modification to the PUD. We have attached their letter to the City of Richland where they explain the courts have rescinded their building permits causing them to stop work on the project. They also advised the city they have installed over 500,000.00 in infrastructure and that they expect the City to appeal the court's decision. The HOAs would be extremely disappointed in our city government if they elected to file an appeal against their own citizens.
After a pre-development meeting with the City, the application will then be subject to a hearing and comment period from area homeowners, school district and other agencies at a Planning Commission Meeting. It is only our guess that this will occur in the month of April. We encourage all homeowners to contact your city council members and discourage the city from filing appeal to the state courts and costing homeowners several thousand more dollars for a “major’ mistake that the city made.
