3rd Annual Applewood Estates Community-Wide Garage Sale
Saturday, May 1st
7:00 am until you close
HOA Community Sale Rules:
1. PLEASE DO NOT START SELLING EARLY!
2. Each homeowner is responsible for their own set-up and clean-up.
3. Each homeowner will keep all proceeds from individual sales.
4. Anyone is encouraged to sell lemonade, juice, coffee, water etc.
5. Check with your neighbors and put out signs for your street or cul-de-sac.
6. Closing time of sale is left open at homeowner’s discretion.
