Annual Meeting Update

 

The HOA would like to thank all the homeowners who attended the annual meeting or sent in their proxy. The board appreciates your support and value each and every one of you. We had a total of 85 properties represented and had a great meeting. Below is a quick update.

 

• Year In Review - Statistics were given for home values, project approvals, and more.
• Area Developments - The proposed Queensgate Extension land use application was presented.
• Finances/Budget - A P&L Report was given and homeowners approved the budget setting dues at $125.00. The Assessments will be mailed out soon.
• Board Elections - The HOA would like to welcome Wright Beach (1235 Jonagold Dr.) to the board. His love for the area and work history will serve Applewood well.
