ACC Committee Guideline Changes

Wording was added to our ACC Committee Guideline during the last board meeting. Language was added to CC&R Section V - Vehicle Restrictions, Section E - Storage Facilities, and Section J - Landscaping to include xeriscaping and no longer allowing Aspen-type trees due to fungal problems and tree suckers (shoots) that grow from the rootstock.
Background: The HOA developed the ACC Guideline Document to record past board decisions and to help guide the ACC Committee during project approvals. It simply is a copy of our CC&Rs with guidelines and background information. This document allows the HOA to be fair and consistent with all homeowners now and in the future.
