Pay Attention to Summer Landscape

Summer is a beautiful time for Applewood Estates. However, failing to keep an eye on your landscape can jeopardize this appeal. Weeds are every homeowner's enemy because they steal water and nutrients from other plants, making them vulnerable to harmful insects and killing them.
The HOA has noticed many homes with excessive weeds in rock beds and lawns. If they grow unchecked, they will produce seeds and spread throughout your property and to your neighbors. So, please inspect your lawn and rock beds for weeds. If you have them, treat them and then remove the dead weeds. The HOA will send out soft cards and official letters to homeowners with excessive weeds.
