As always, our community was buzzing again this year with another successful community sale. We want to thank Mother Nature and all homeowners who participated. We hope you were able to sell or buy some items. The HOA has held the community sale each year since 2008 and has averaged 32 sales.

Here is the breakdown: 2008 - 53, 2009 - 42, 2010 - 35, 2011 - 33, 2012 - 41, 2013 - 36, 2014 - 43, 2015 - 22, 2016 - 37, 2017 - 32, 2018 - 31, 2019 - 19, 2020 - Cancelled, 2021 - 25, and 2022 - 27.
