I am sure you have seen reports that airlines were planning to jack up prices for the summer travel season.  After I spent last weekend looking at trips for my family, I can confirm: They are definitely doing that!  Not that driving is any cheaper...

 

Good news though! There is a way to offset those travel costs. Selling items at the annual Applewood Estates Community Sale! The sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 21st so it is coming up fast and you should start collecting and marking prices on those sale items.

 

How It Works - The HOA advertises the sale to increase attendance that day. You simply set out your items for sale at your home and wait for people (and neighbors) to buy them. We are asking everyone who is reading this to help us get the word out by emailing your friends and family and posting it on all your social media sites. We really appreciate any help you can provide!

 

Bonus! - We have heard from our neighbors, The Vineyards HOA, that they will also hold their community sale that day drawing more people to the South Richland area.  So far we see good weather for that day with 70* and only a 0% chance of rain.
