Applewood Estates Wood Fences

Fences have always been a preferred means of ensuring privacy and deterring unwanted visitors. The HOA covenants allow three types of fencing material which are masonry, metal, and wood. Wood fences are the most challenging to keep looking fresh and clean.

The ACC has completed its 2022 spring inspection of the 79 wood fences in Applewood. Good news! Of the 79, only 4 of them need attention and 11 of them are on a watch list. This means our wood fences are looking great!

 

This spring, please inspect your wood fence and consider staining or painting to protect the wood and improve your home's curb appeal. Please remember any color changes need to be approved by the ACC.
