The HOA Board voted to fill our 5th director position and we would like to congratulate and thank homeowner Laura Ingersoll for stepping up to the plate to volunteer for the good of the community! During the last annual meeting, the HOA conducted its very first contested board election where more than one homeowner was running for a position. We heard homeowners' concerns for improvement and we are all about that! The HOA would like to establish an election committee and is looking for volunteers.

This committee will oversee next year's election by establishing an electoral process that is in line with the HOA by-laws and WA State law. The committee will also give election announcements, candidate information, and other notifications. They will organize the process which usually includes overseeing ballots and proxies and officially closing the election.
