It is that time of year again when the HOA sees RVs and boats out of storage and in front of homes for maintenance before the summer.  We also see utility trailers stored in driveways for extended periods of time for extra lawn projects and clean-up.  To avoid receiving a soft card, you can simply notify the HOA and let them know how long it will be out front and request a variance to the CC&R.  This can be done by phone call, voice mail, text message, email, or messenger on the HOA Facebook (Meta) page.
