Storm Drain Clearing - The HOA doesn't know if the City will be clearing street storm drains for the snow melt, but our guess is they are not. Just know Applewood Estates has a total of 74 storm drains. Some of them are single and some are connected with two drains directly across the street from each other. You can request a map by email.
If you want to clear a path for better drain, a good way to locate them is by going to Google Maps and putting in your home address. Click the satellite viewing, and then double click near your home until you reach the street view. From there, you will be able to locate storm drains near your home.
HOA Assessment Payments - You should have received your 2019 annual HOA assessment in the amount of $110.00. You can write a check and mail it in. You can also pay through your bank's bill pay by creating a Payee manually.
