School starts tomorrow 8/28/16 in Richland and your HOA want to remind drivers to pay attention and drive careful.  There will be kids getting on and off the buses and walking to school in Applewood Estates. Not to mention teenagers driving to school for the first time.  School zones will be in effect and be assured the Richland Police Department will be out in force. 

We want to wish all the kids going back to school good luck, study hard and have fun!  To the teachers who will be waiting each day for the kids to arrive... Thank you!
