The HOA is excited to announce there is a new and improved Architectural Project Request Form. 

Homeowners seeking to build, change or modify anything on their property, are required to obtain approval by the HOA. You may apply for approval by submitting plans to the Architectural Control Committee. These items include but are not limited to the following: any structure, any alterations, storage facility, fencing, fence gates, house painting or any color changes to anything, dog runs, gazebos, landscaping, decks, hot tubs, pools, lighting, satellite dishes and more.

 

To obtain an project request form, homeowners can call any ACC or Board member or click on "ACC Committee" tab to the left.
