We would like to introduce a great website homeowner resource called Nextdoor.  

 

Applewood Estates is in the Badger Mountain East section which has a total of 1,287 homes and 385 are already signed up. Out of them, 42 are Applewood Estates homes so you won't be alone. Homeowners use the site to share recommendations, safety tips and more.

 

The HOA will be replacing our website's "referral program" with Nextdoor due to the fact that our program was very limited and also getting outdated. We have found Nextdoor to be more up-to-date and more informative.

Simply sign up by entering your address and email. At the homepage you can look at the map and see all the homeowners in Applewood and you can even sign up and tell people if you will be giving out candy this Halloween!

 

The best thing about Nextdoor is that it is secure and you can ask or give recommendations for general contractors, services and nine other categories.
