The HOA board would like to let our homeowners know that the last anticipated date of water delivery will be Friday, October 13, 2017.

On October 13th, KID will begin baseline testing. Baseline testing provides the opportunity to measure the amount of seepage from the canals. During testing, canals may appear to be more full than usual due to the intentional back-up of water, this allow them to measure the amount of loss from starting to end point.

We would also like to remind all homeowners after water is turned off for the season, to please winterize your KID valve and have sprinkler systems blown out to help prevent cracking and breakage during freezing temperatures this winter.
