We hope you all enjoyed the Community Sale this past month and were able to sell a lot of items. The number of sales dipped a little from 37 in 2016 to 32 this year. Our only big issue for the day was a larger than normal sinkhole that formed on Criterion Drive. Homeowners immediately reported it and Richland Police responded for a stand-by until city streets could come and fix it.

Please let us know of any success stories or improvements the HOA can make for next year. Thank you all for a successful event.

Our next HOA event will be the Community BBQ which is Saturday, September 16th, 5:00 pm to close at Gala Park.
