The 10th annual community sale is fast approaching!  It will be held on Saturday, May 20th and the start time is 7:00 am and ends when you are ready to close.  We had 37 homes who participated last year and expect about the same or more.

 

Participation is simple.  The HOA will advertise in the community and put out signs around Applewood.  All you have to do is mark items you want to sell and put them out in your driveway. Here are a few other things to know:

• Please to not start selling early.
• Homeowners are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up.
• Homeowners will keep all proceeds from individual sales.
• You may put out signs for your street or cul-de-ac.
• Closing time of the sale is at homeowner's discretion.
