Satellite Dishes - Approval Needed
Posted on Jan 1st, 2016

The goal of the Architectural Committee (ACC) is NOT to prohibit satellite dishes or the reception of satellite signal. The goal is to maintain architectural standards by making dishes as unobtrusive as possible, while ensuring that the homeowner receives a quality satellite signal.

The Covenants require that each Direct Broadcast Satellite dish be placed in a location that is the least visible from the front of the residence (or side on corner lots) and needs prior written approval. Before installation, please fill out a project approval form and turn it into the Architectural Committee.

If you have installed a dish without approval and it does not meet the HOA policy, please call your installer back out for it to be relocated as soon as you can. For more detailed information about the policy or if you need an approval form, they can be found by clicking on "ACC Committee" located on the home page of this website or click the link above.  You can also contact any board member for a copy.

Before filling out a project approval form please read the Satellite Dish System Policy.  You can also find this policy by clicking on "Documents" located on the home page of this website.

Thank you.
