The annual membership meeting will be held Tuesday, February 9th at 7:00 p.m.  The location will be Bethel Church in the Gallery Room. 

 

In order to conduct business, we need a quorum of 30% which is 60 homeowners presence or returned proxy.  If you will not be attending the meeting, please mail in your proxy that was sent in the meeting announcement.  Attached is another proxy if you need one.

 

Your HOA is still looking for a nomination for an "At Large" board position.  If you are interested in serving on the board, please email back and we will send you a form to fill out before the meeting.
