Committee Volunteers Needed
Posted on Oct 20th, 2015

The primary purpose of an active Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is to assist the board in managing the community development by reviewing project plans and inspecting properties.  This process protects everyone's home value investment and we need a few volunteers.

Your HOA is looking for interested homeowners to help the ACC with a weekly rotation.  Every month or two members take a week and examine the neighborhood and report back to the HOA.  It is a perfect volunteer job for a walker or someone who gets out a lot.  ACC members also review project approval requests and everything is done by e-mail.

That is right...  There are no monthly meetings to attend.

Here are a few reasons to volunteer for the ACC:
  • To protect your property's value and maintain or improve the quality of life in Applewood Estates.
  • To help correct a problem that is not self serving, but rather in the best interest of the community.
  • Build your personal resume by including your community volunteer service.
  • To give back and repay a little of what's been done for you.
