It is with a mix of excitement and sadness that we announce the resignation of

our Architectural Control Committee Chairperson, John Mahoney.  Since January 2014, John has skillfully led the board and the committee bringing energy, accomplishments and guidance.  The Board of Directors and volunteers at Applewood Estates will be very sad to see him go but we look forward to the next chapter in our history, as we conduct a search for a new leader.  We wish John the best of luck in all his future endeavors, which we are certain will be successful.
