The Richland School Board Approved the Value Engineering report for the new middle school in West Richland.  The school will be located at the south west corner of Keene Road and Belmont Blvd.  The school will open in August 2017.

There is good news to report regarding the finances for the new middle school.  The district has informed the HOA that because of an increase in expected state matching money ($500,000), unspent contingency funds from other bond projects, an optimistic bid climate, and enrollment increases, the District will have the option to add eight classrooms to the original design.
