All city parks are closed during certain hours and this includes our neighborhood park.  The city municipal code states that park hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.  No one should be in Gala Park after 11:00 p.m. unless they have a permit from the City.  If you see any in the park after this time, please call the police at the non-emergency number 628-0333.
