The City of Richland is conducting an online survey about what to do with four intersections on Queensgate Drive.  The subject of Queensgate improvements is very important to us as commuters and homeowners. The extension of Queensgate Drive is expected to eventually provide a third point of access to the Badger Mountain South community and the HOA feel these improvements (when completed) can reduce the amount of traffic through Applewood Estates.

 

We are encouraging all homeowners to complete the seven-question survey and give your input on whether you prefer to see a roundabout or traffic signal at Queensgate Drive and Keene Road and other nearby intersections. Click HERE for the City's Queensgate Corridor Traffic Study that has examples of the proposed intersections and types of traffic controls.

 

The HOA would like to thank the City for asking the public for input.  Now is the time to get involved and let them know we are interested in the improvements and give your preferences.  You have until March 27 to fill out the survey.
