I would like to thank everyone who attended the annual meeting and those who sent in their proxy. We continue to be encouraged by the direction Applewood is going.  The homeowner's commitment to improve while being fiscally responsible makes us a great community development that is Leading the Way for others. Please know how much I appreciate every homeowner in all that you do and how you go about doing it.
 
I would like to give a special thanks to the board and committee members for their excellence in serving their fellow neighbors.  Each of them have played a vital role in our success as an organization by preserving safety and home values while keeping yearly assessments low.
 
And now for a couple of quick updates:

• Annual Meeting Minutes - You can access the meeting minutes by going to "minutes on the home page.
• 2015 Annual Assessments - The board did an outstanding job with the HOA budget and was able to lower them for 2015.  You will soon be receiving your assessment in the mail which will be $100.00.
• New School Registration - Those attending the New Orchard Elementary School should register at White Bluffs Elementary.  Early enrollment will help the district plan more effectively for the number of teachers that will be needed.  For more information on this you can access the district website.
