Heavy rains last night caused flooding in several locations in South Richland and one area was along Westcliffe Blvd which saturated our rock bed causing some settling sink holes behind 405 Golden Dr.  Your HOA will be contacting the block wall contractor Padilla in an effort to get more rock filled in at their cost.  Good news is that the block wall did what it was intended to do for our homeowners.  We will have more of an update on that in the future.  We wanted to let you know that the HOA is aware of it an no significant damage was done to the rock bed or the block wall.
