HOA Annual Homeowner's Meeting!

The 2014 annual meeting of the Applewood Estates Homeowner’s Association will be held Monday, February 10th, 2014, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Bethel Church in the Discovery Room. You will receive your official mailing notice soon. In that mailing is last year's meeting minutes, the agenda, and a proxy form. If you are not able to attend, it is very important to fill out the form and mail it in or drop it off at 1369 Scarlet Place in the drop box so the association can conduct business.
This meeting is your opportunity to become involved in your community and have your voice heard regarding items such as expenditure of funds and improvement projects. The meeting is also an opportunity to provide input on issues that you would like to see addressed by the board. You may also submit a question or comment on the 3 x 5 card provided in the mailing.
