Warning for Your Pets!!
Homeowners John and Jan Hanson wanted to alert the development that we have a beautiful large horned owl sitting in the Australian Willow next door to their home located in the 1400 block of Chardonnay Dr. If you live in the area and have little pets, you may want to be outside with them so the owl doesn’t swoop down and take them! This is also a good reminder that with the winter, come hungry coyotes that roam into Applewood Estates. They normally come in around 3am to 5am.
