A one-hour Internet Safety Program geared for teens and parents will be presented by Richland Police Officer Rick Kane on Friday, August 2, at 10:30 a.m. in the Richland Public Library Gallery Room.  Topics include cyber bullying, online chat rooms and predators, risky text messaging, computer protection and Internet Security software.
