Annual Meeting Tonight!

Just a friendly reminder that tonight is our annual homeowners meeting!
Applewood HOA Annual Meeting
Thursday, February 21, 20013 @ 7:00 PM
There is a possibility of a cancellation! Per our HOA by-laws, we need thirty-four percent (34%) in attendance or by proxy for a quorum which is 70 homes represented. Currently we only have 17 proxies. This means we need 53 homes present to conduct business. If we do not have a quorum, we will have to cancel the meeting and reschedule it. A new notice would then have to be mailed costing the membership more money.
If you do not plan to attend, please fill out your proxy you received in the mail or the attached proxy and drop it off in the box located at my residence (1369 Scarlet Pl) front steps by 5:00 pm tonight.
